Bell and Ross BR 05 GMT

Bell & Ross unveiled today the new BR 05 GMT, the first dual time zone model in the BR 05 range. 41 mm in diameter, its stainless steel case combines the two key elements that are part of Bell & Ross’ identity – a round in a square – with alternating satin-finished surfaces and polished bevels to underline lines and volumes. Similar finishes can be found on the integrated bracelet, whose first link forms part of the case. Equipped with a guard that protects against impacts, the screw-down crown contributes to guarantee water resistance to 100 metres / 330 feet.

The black dial of the BR 05 GMT offers excellent legibility with large numerals, indices and hands coated in white Super-LumiNova.

Standing out with its red arrow, the GMT hand shows the time in the country of origin in combination with the 24-hour graduated inner bezel. To read time at a glance, the black semi-circle on the flange corresponds to the night-time hours, the grey semi-circle to the daytime hours.  Visible through a sapphire glass case back, the automatic caliber BR-CAL.325 (base Sellita SW-330) beats at the frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vibrations per hour) with a power reserve of 42 hours delivered by a 360° oscillating weight.

The new Bell & Ross BR 05 GMT with steel bracelet (ref. BR05G-BL-ST/SST) retails at Euro 4,990. A version with black rubber strap (ref. BR05G-BL-ST/SRB)

The BR 05 GMT is designed to travel and accompany the transition between different urban realities. It is the ultimate globe-trotter’s tool. BR05 belongs to the family of watches with an integrated bracelet. In the aesthetic line, a square steel case and a dial reflecting the brand’s architectural DNA
